create set of drawings needed for Permit/Design Review- site plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, window door schedules, electrical plans
coordinate work with consultants: surveyor/ structural engineer/ civil engineer/ energy consultant
coordinate submittal with City/County officials to obtain permit
Phase 4
Construction
produce construction drawings: details- interior elevations, guardrail/ stair details for bidding and construction
analyze contractor's bids
construction supervision and administration
